What flow rate do I need?

300 mL/min (Q2S-300) is ideal for daily personal use. Higher flow rates (900–3000 mL/min) deliver more hydrogen per session and suit advanced users or clinical settings.

Is pure H₂ better than a hydrogen-oxygen mix?

Pure hydrogen (Q2S / Q2SH) gives you 99.99% H₂ with no oxygen dilution. Hydrogen-oxygen models (A2WH) output a mix — both are safe; pure H₂ maximises hydrogen dose per breath.

What water do these use?

Distilled water only — it is the single consumable. We sell 5L distilled water packs sized for inhaler use.

How long can I inhale per day?

These devices produce no ozone and no oxygen dilution, so they are designed for extended daily sessions.
